The ‘best before’ measure of your Yard Skincare product is determined by the time of opening. The jar icon on the side of the label indicates the number of months the product will be at its best once open. For example, 12M equals one year from date of opening, 9M equals nine months from date of opening.

If an item has been damaged in transit, Yard Skincare will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.
Regrettably we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in a department store or elsewhere.
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
If your original payment method was a Yard Skincare Gift Card, you will receive a replacement gift card by email when your return is processed.
